The method includes the steps of: receiving at least one data stream, wherein each data stream from the at least one data stream is transmitted from a wireless channel; in a first iteration, utilizing a Maximum Likelihood (ML) estimator to perform demapping processing on at least one portion of the at least one data stream to obtain Log-Likelihood Ratios (LLRs) of the first iteration and performing Turbo decoding according to the LLRs of the first iteration to generate resultant LLRs of the first Iteration; and in at least one following iteration, utilizing a Max A Posterior (MAP) estimator to perform demapping processing on at least one portion of the at least one data stream and performing Turbo decoding, successively, in order to cancel interference due to the wireless channel.

A wordline is coupled to a gate of the access transistor of each sub-cell, and complementary bit lines are respectively coupled to sources/drains of the access transistors of the pair of sub-cells, such that data bit may be accessed between the bit line and the corresponding storage transistor through the corresponding access transistor.

A plurality of noise branches is adopted for producing a plurality of noise components in the rake receiver. Next, a noise combining unit adjusts each noise component according to a plurality of noise weights, so as to combine the noise components to obtain an interference-plus-noise estimation value. The rake receiver eliminates the noises in the main signal generated by the signal branches through using the interference-plus-noise estimation value. Therefore, the performance of a receiving terminal can be enhanced.
