    Abstract: The present disclosure describes a semiconductor device with a nitrided capping layer and methods for forming the same. One method includes forming a first conductive structure in a first dielectric layer on a substrate, depositing a second dielectric layer on the first conductive structure and the first dielectric layer, and forming an opening in the second dielectric layer to expose the first conductive structure and a portion of the first dielectric layer. The method further includes forming a nitrided layer on a top portion of the first conductive structure, a top portion of the portion of the first dielectric layer, sidewalls of the opening, and a top portion of the second dielectric layer, and forming a second conductive structure in the opening, where the second conductive structure is in contact with the nitrided layer.

    Abstract: A circuit module with improved timing control, may comprise a functional circuit, a control circuit, a main auxiliary circuit and an additional auxiliary circuit. The control circuit may control operation timing of the functional circuit according to response characteristics of a first node. When enabled, the main auxiliary circuit may provide main conduction path(s) between the first node and a base node. Respectively when enabled and disabled, the additional auxiliary circuit may provide and not provide additional conduction path(s) between the first node and the base node. When the control circuit controls the operation timing of the functional circuit, the main auxiliary circuit may be enabled, and the additional auxiliary circuit may be disabled or enabled according to whether a mode signal is of a first mode level or a second level.

    Abstract: A method of screening, isolating and purifying rare cells includes obtaining cell groups with rare cells from a sample, removing cells not to be screened from the cell groups, and drawing the remaining cells as a cell suspension sample. An introduction device is activated to load the cell suspension sample onto an optically-induced dielectrophoresis chip including a cell isolation zone having a division arrangement wherein at least one optical pattern is configured on the cell isolation zone for screening, isolating and purifying the rare cells. The at least one optical pattern is configured to migrate, rotate or both. The at least one optical pattern is activated to attract the rare cells into a collection tank on the chip, and a liquid drawing device is activated to draw the rare cells out of the collection tank, thereby obtaining purified rare cells from the sample.
