  • Publication number: 20250151100
Abstract: A wireless local area network (WLAN) system includes a first Wi-Fi device and at least one second Wi-Fi device. When the first Wi-Fi device and the at least one second Wi-Fi device receive an interference signal that occupies a current operation channel of the first Wi-Fi device and a current operation channel of the at least one second Wi-Fi device, the first Wi-Fi device performs channel switching upon the current operation channel of the first Wi-Fi device, and the at least one second Wi-Fi device performs channel switching upon the current operation channel of the at least one second Wi-Fi device.

  • Publication number: 20240244687
Abstract: A data transmission method is provided. The data transmission method may be applied to a multi-link operation between a first multi-link device (MLD) and a second MLD. The data transmission method may include the following steps. A processor of the first MLD may perform a spatial reuse transmission on at least one link between the first MLD and the second MLD. Then, the processor may dispatch data frames with the same traffic identifier (TID) for all links between the first MLD and the second MLD based on the physical layer (PHY) rates and packet error rates of all links between the first MLD and the second MLD. Then, the processor may transmit the data frames to the second MLD based on the dispatch result.

  • Publication number: 20240073953
Abstract: Coordinated-spatial reuse (CO-SR) transmission methods are provided. In a CO-SR transmission method, a transceiver of a sharing access point (AP) may transmit an announcement frame to a shared AP, the transceiver may receive a first block acknowledgement (BA) frame from a first station (STA) associated with the sharing AP, and the transceiver may transmit a dummy clear-to-send (CTS) frame before transmitting the next announcement frame in response to the first STA being a first legacy STA.

  • Publication number: 20230239808
Abstract: A device is provided, which includes a transceiver and a processor. The transceiver connects the device to one or more first stations and an access point, and the access point is connected to one or more second stations. The processor is coupled to the transceiver and is configured to perform operations including: building a first cross-BSS (basic service set) RSSI (received signal strength indication) measurement report; obtaining a second cross-BSS RSSI measurement report from the access point; in response to a link between the access point and at least one of the second stations being built, adjusting transmit power of the transceiver to satisfy a predetermined condition to transmit a data packet to one of the first stations using non-triggered base spatial reuse according to the first cross-BSS RSSI measurement report and the second cross-BSS RSSI measurement report.

  • Publication number: 20230239699
Abstract: A device is provided, which includes a transceiver and a processor. The transceiver connects the device to one or more first stations and an access point, and the access point is connected to one or more second stations. The processor is coupled to the transceiver and is configured to provide spatial reuse classification information for the access point to determine whether to apply spatial use in a first PPDU sent from the access point to one of the second stations.
