Abstract: A fabric material includes one or more non-fluorescent or non-illuminative fibers and one or more fluorescent or illuminative fibers engaged or woven or entangled or intermingled with each other, to solidly engage the fluorescent fibers in the non-fluorescent fibers, and to prevent the fluorescent fibers from being disengaged from the non-fluorescent fibers. The fluorescent fibers may reflect the lights, or may absorb the lights in the day time, and to generate fluorescence or illuminative lights in the night or in the dark environment, and thus for allowing the users to be seen in the dark environment, to prevent accidents.
