Abstract: A reachability engine can determine a reachability for a specified party in response to a request for reachability. The reachability can characterize a probability that the specified party will answer a request for communication using a specified mode of communication at a given time. The reachability can be based on status data that characterizes an aggregate of at least two of direct status data, indirect status data and historical status data for the specified party.

Abstract: A meeting request is received that specifies a first participant account and a proposed topic for a meeting. A database is traversed to determine one or more second participant accounts for the meeting that are linked to the proposed topic. The meeting is scheduled with the first participant account and the one or more second participant accounts. The database contains data for a plurality of accounts (including the first participant account and the one or more second participant account) associated with entities, a plurality of events involving the entities, a plurality of prior topics derived from the events, and a plurality of links between the accounts, events and prior topics.

Abstract: This disclosure relates capture of encrypted network traffic. As an example, a non-transitory computer readable medium can include a command interface programmed to receive control instructions that control capture of protocol data from a network. A capture module can be programmed to receive decoded protocol data from a device application responsive to the control instructions and to synthesize frames of output capture data in that includes at least the decoded protocol data.
