Abstract: An electronic communication network may include a computer server, a customer computing device configured to communicate with the computer server, and a plurality of employee computing devices disposed at a first location and configured to communicate with at least one of the computer server and the customer computing device. The network may include a plurality of electronic beacons disposed at the first location and configured for determining a position of the customer computing device the employee computing devices. The network may be configured for providing cross sell and up sell recommendations to the customer computing device if the customer computing device is at a first location or is away from the first location. The network may include a task management system for managing in-store operational tasks for employees and employee communication devices, such as in a retail store location.
