Abstract: Through the use of a computer-based or mobile-based web application, an occupational therapist can enter data into the fields of a template that have been established for that purpose. The specific fields may depend on a particular situation or the particular needs of an individual and this program allows the occupational therapist/the assessor to customize the needs to fit the individual circumstances of the person. Certain presets have been included in the system that will alert the occupational therapist/the assessor to the problem areas, as well as an array of possible solutions as well as a ranking of priority of possible solutions.
