  • Publication number: 20150074775
Abstract: A system and method to enhance Personal Server Security using Personal Server owner's location data as derived from the Personal Server owner's mobile client computer by controlling certain aspects of the Personal Server security application and Personal Server applications for example automatically or manually disabling access to certain Personal Server applications from the Wide Area Network (Internet) based on if the Personal Server owner is at the home premises and therefore can access the Personal Server from within the trusted Local Area Network and at other times selectively enabling access to certain Personal Server applications from the Wide Area Network when the Personal Server owner is away from the home premises and the only means of accessing such application while away from the premises is via the Wide Area Network.

  • Publication number: 20140358219
Abstract: Harvesting of Bilateral internal thoracic arteries under direct vision, through a 2 inch left minithoracotomy, without robotic/thoracoscopic assistance and then using these arteries as a composite Y conduit for coronary artery bypass grafting has never been done or described before. The aim was to develop a technique, where bilateral internal thoracic arteries are harvested directly under vision via a 2 inch left minithoracotomy, without robotic/thoracoscopic assistance and complete off pump revascularization of the myocardium done using the internal thoracic arteries as a composite Y conduit. The “Nambiar Technique” which has never been done or described before, encompasses using a 2 inch left minithoracotomy through which the bilateral internal thoracic arteries are harvested directly under vision and multivessel total arterial coronary artery bypass grafting done using these conduits.

  • Patent number: 7752203
Abstract: The present invention is a method and system for look ahead caching of personalized web content based upon resource capability. Personalized web content may be delivered to a cache before the web pages are accessed by the user by optimally using the application systems CPU cycles or optionally off-loading the caching to an external system. The system and method of the present invention may employ a resource manager to monitor server usage and off-load the caching process to another dedicated system that may be currently under utilized, while making use of the time period between server response and the actual time the response is seen by the user (network time) and the user think time available for the server.
