  • Publication number: 20250120610
Abstract: Examples provide a system and method for continuous respiratory rate monitoring with greater accuracy and reliability. Sensor data is obtained from a wearable sensor device simultaneously generating both multi-wavelength photoplethysmography (PPG) sensor data as well as inertial measurement unit (IMU) sensor data, such as respiratory body movement data generated by an accelerometer and/or a gyroscope. The system performs signal processing and filtering on the sensor data using a set of rules and threshold(s) to remove Mayer-wave in-band noise, transients, and motion artifacts. PPG-based respiratory rate estimates are generated and combined into a single PPG-based respiratory rate estimate based on the PPG sensor data. IMU-based respiratory rate estimates are generated and combined in parallel using the IMU sensor data to generate a single IMU-based respiratory rate estimate.

  • Publication number: 20250086563
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide systems, methods, and computer-readable storage media that support intelligent re-use of knowledge (e.g., across an organization) using a natural text-based querying framework. A knowledge representation of prior work performed for the organization may be generated based on organizational knowledge (e.g., historical work record data that identifies a plurality of work items across an organization). The knowledge representation may include individual work-record entities for each respective work item and individual knowledge graphs corresponding to the individual work-record entities. For each individual knowledge graph, operations may be performed to identity and store project name, subgraph, sentence embedding, and word embedding information.

  • Publication number: 20240427644
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide systems, methods, and computer-readable storage media that support workload management. A computing device may generate recommendation information for processing of the workload, the recommendation information associated with a first execution environment selected from the set of candidate execution environments based on execution information that indicates, for each candidate execution environment of the set of candidate execution environments, a carbon intensity value associated with the candidate execution environment. The computing device may output a first indicator that indicates the recommendation information.

  • Publication number: 20240220876
Abstract: An Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based data product provisioning wherein a data product responsive to an informational requirement of a user query is identified or automatically built is disclosed. An enhanced user query generated from the received user query is used to search a plurality of data sources. Mapped search results are obtained and features of the mapped search results are used to determine if the responsive data product exists within the plurality of data sources. Else, a logical data product (LDP) including data entities required to build a responsive physical data product (PDP) is generated. The code to build the PDP is created from the LDP and executed on a target platform where the PDP is built. One or more of the PDP and an output of the PDP can be provided to the user as a reply to the user query.

  • Publication number: 20240189276
Abstract: Compounds that incorporate a succinic acid scaffold are disclosed that inhibit Lactate dehydrogenase-A (LDHA). Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions containing these compounds. In addition, methods of using these compounds in methods of inhibiting LDHA expression and/or enzymatic activity in cells and methods of reducing viability of cancer cells are disclosed. Also disclosed are methods of treating a subject in need thereof with the pharmaceutical compositions containing one or more LDHA-inhibiting compounds.

  • Patent number: 11308069
Abstract: A data management platform may receive an environment configuration for a data environment to be implemented in a data structure, wherein the environment configuration includes requirements of an application. The data management platform may configure, based on the environment configuration, the data environment, to generate a configured data environment. The data management platform may deploy the configured data environment in the data structure. The data management platform may perform one or more tests on data stored in the configured data environment in the data structure to generate one or more test results based on performing the one or more tests on the data. The data management platform may update, based on the one or more test results, the configured data environment, to generate an updated configured data environment, wherein the updated configured data environment meets the requirements of the application.
