Also presented is a system containing an oxygen scavenger, a photosensitive overpouch, and a pharmaceutical premix phenylephrine formulation. Methods of treating hypotension, e.g., resulting primarily from vasodilation, in such settings as septic shock or anaesthesia, in a human subject are also described.
