Publication number: 20190104154Abstract: A computerized method for analyzing a subject URL to determine whether the subject URL is associated with a phishing attack is disclosed. The method includes steps of detecting keypoints within a screenshot of a webpage corresponding to the subject URL and determining a set of confidences based on an analysis of the detected keypoints with a model. Each confidence within the set of confidences is assigned to feature vector within a set of training feature vectors representing a training set of URLs used in generating the model. The method comprises performing an image comparison between the screenshot and a screenshot corresponding to a feature vector within the set of training feature vectors, the feature vector being assigned a highest confidence. Responsive to determining the image comparison result exceeds a predefined threshold, transmitting an alert indicating that the subject URL is associated with the phishing attack.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 1, 2017Publication date: April 4, 2019Inventors: Venkata Satya Phani Pavan Chitturi Kumar, Surya Prakash Rao

Patent number: 10142890Abstract: A method and system for minimizing delay in circuit-switched fallback (CSFB) procedure is disclosed. The disclosed method provides two different approaches for optimizing the delay during the CSFB procedure. In the first approach, user equipment (UE) receives a Location Area Identifier (LAI along with the Radio Access Technology (RAT) information from the network (LTE network). The UE uses the received RAT information from the network for switching to the target Radio Access Network (RAN) without informing to the LTE network. In another approach, the UE obtains the RAT information by performing a background scan in idle mode, when the UE receives LAI without RAT information from the network.Type: GrantFiled: January 3, 2014Date of Patent: November 27, 2018Assignee: Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.Inventors: Ajaykumar Kabadi, Kedar Santosh Kumar Aalla, Pavan Kumar Devarayanigari, Prakash Rao, Ravi Krishna Hari Haran Sripada, Srinivas Chinthalapudi

Publication number: 20170160278Abstract: The disclosure relates to methods for assessing the suitability of a tissue obtained from a vertebrate (e.g., human) donor for grafting to a recipient, such as another vertebrate of the same species. The method involves contacting leukocytes obtained from the donor with serum from the recipient. Binding between recipient antibodies and the leukocytes is assessed, specifically focusing on the subtype(s) of IgG antibodies which bind with donor leukocytes. Detected binding between recipient antibodies of subtypes IgG1 and IgG3 indicates that the donor tissue is not suitable for grafting to the recipient. Detected binding between recipient antibodies of subtypes IgG2 and/or IgG4 indicates that the donor tissue can suitably be grafted to the recipient.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 5, 2016Publication date: June 8, 2017Applicant: NJ Sharing NetworkInventor: Prakash RAO
