  • Publication number: 20260160454
Abstract: A cooling system for a TEC module may include a cold plate including a base and a top body mounted thereon at a predetermined distance from the base, where the base and the top body may be configured to create an enclosure therebetween to facilitate fluid flow. The cold plate may include an inlet and an outlet, where the inlet and outlet may be configured to allow fluid to flow through the enclosure. The cold plate may include a plurality of internal ribs configured on the base, where the plurality of internal ribs may include a plurality of holes configured to facilitate fluid dispersion and turbulence. The cold plate may include a plurality of ridges configured on the base between a pair of the plurality of internal ribs, where the plurality of ridges may be configured to disrupt laminar fluid flow and create turbulence to enhance heat transfer efficiency.

  • Patent number: 10227365
Abstract: Residual wash solvent, e.g., ethyl acetate, is removed from polyphosphite, e.g., bisphosphite, crystals by a process comprising the steps of: A. Mixing the polyphosphite crystals and residual wash solvent with a secondary alcohol, e.g., isopropyl alcohol (IPA), to form a mixture of polyphosphite crystals, residual wash solvent and secondary alcohol, and B. Drying the mixture to remove the residual wash solvent and secondary alcohol to a content of less than 0.5 wt % based on the weight of the polyphosphite crystals.
