    Abstract: Systems and methods for preparing plant-based cheese comprise preparing a plant-based cheese mixture, transferring the plant-based to a heat exchanger, heat treating* and cooling the plant-based mixture, dynamically mixing additional ingredients, possible homogenizing the plant-based cheese mixture, and packaging the homogenized plant-based cheese product. In embodiments, heat treatment can occur between 85-95° C. and cooling occurs at 65-70° C. Homogenization can occur before or after heat treatment. A related cheese making apparatus is also disclosed.

    Abstract: There is no mechanism for vehicle utilization and optimization through continuous and incremental planning which ensures that transportation plans are based on real-time conditions. The present invention discloses systems and methods for vehicle utilization and optimization based on self-learning mechanism. A machine learning model for dynamic association of users to vehicles is provided that learns previously clubbed patterns of users with their corresponding locations. The learnt previously clubbed patterns are utilized for determining association between previously clubbed locations which is further utilized to obtain an optimal set of locations. The users are dynamically associated to vehicles allocated for the obtained optimal set of locations by honoring one or more social and vehicle constraints. The proposed system has self-learning capability which ensures effective vehicle utilization and optimization in real time.

    Abstract: A morphing interface system updates, that is, morphs a display on a client device as a user provides portions of input and additionally provides suggested selections for a user based on the received user input. The system receives a first portion of user input and generates intent suggestions for the user based on the user input. The intent suggestions, which represent predicted likely intents of the user, are provided to the user for selection. The user may select an intent suggestion or may provide additional user input. Based on the user response, the system determines whether an intent is selected or if additional information is needed. When an intent is selected, the interface morphs into an interface to provide predicted entity suggestions for the user to select entity values as inputs to execution of the intent.
