  • Patent number: 12079339
Abstract: The disclosure herein describes the processing of malware scan requests from VCIs by an anti-malware scanner (AMS) on a host device. A malware scan request is received by the AMS from a VCI, the malware scan request including script data of a script from a memory buffer of the VCI. The AMS scans the script data of the malware scan request, outside of the VCI, and determines that the script includes malware. The AMS notifies the VCI that the script includes malware, whereby the VCI is configured to prevent execution of the script or take other mitigating action. The AMS provides scanning for fileless malware to VCIs on a host device without consuming or otherwise affecting resources of the VCIs.

  • Patent number: 12080051
Abstract: A camera apparatus includes one or more processors configured to determine a plurality of crop image data variation classifications representative of real-world variations in physical appearance of a crop plant as well as a surrounding area around the crop plant. Furthermore, select a first set of input color images from first training dataset comprising a plurality of different field-of-views (FOVs). Thereafter, execute plurality of different image level augmentation operations to obtain an augmented set of color images, identify and filter noisy images from a second training dataset based on a predefined set of image parameters. After that, train neural network model in a first stage on a third training dataset, re-determine new crop image data variation classifications and re-select new color images representative of the new crop image data variation classifications to further train the neural network model in a second stage to detect one or more crop plants.

  • Patent number: 12079269
Abstract: Visually guided machine-learning language model and embedding techniques are described that overcome the challenges of conventional techniques in a variety of ways. In one example, a model is trained to support a visually guided machine-learning embedding space that supports visual intuition as to “what” is represented by text. The visually guided language embedding space supported by the model, once trained, may then be used to support visual intuition as part of a variety of functionality. In one such example, the visually guided language embedding space as implemented by the model may be leveraged as part of a multi-modal differential search to support search of digital images and other digital content with real-time focus adaptation which overcomes the challenges of conventional techniques.

  • Publication number: 20240291731
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for data management are described. A data management system (DMS) may receive a request to backup data from a source data storage environment to a target data storage environment. The DMS may then input first workload metadata associated with backing up the data from the source data storage environment to the target data storage environment into a machine learning model that is trained using second workload metadata associated with a set of workloads managed by the data management system. The DMS may generate, via the machine learning model and in response to the request, one or more service level agreement configurations for backing up the data. Then, the DMS may perform the backup of the data from the source data storage environment to the target data storage environment in accordance with at least one of the one or more service level agreement configurations.

  • Publication number: 20240290405
Abstract: For a nonvolatile (NV) storage media such as NAND (not AND) media that is written by a program and program verify operation, the system can apply a smart prologue operation. A smart prologue operation can selectively apply a standard program prologue, to compute program parameters for a target subblock. The smart prologue operation can selectively apply an accelerated program prologue, applying a previously-computed program parameter for a subsequent subblock of a same block of the NV storage media. Application of a prior program parameter can reduce the need to compute program parameters for the other subblocks.

  • Publication number: 20240283411
Abstract: Methods and devices are provided in which a processor of a user equipment (UE) combines loop-back signals from a plurality of antenna paths of the UE to generate a combined signal. The loop-back signals are based on a signal transmitted over the antenna paths. The processor determines power amplifier (PA) polynomials based on a comparison of the combined signal to the signal transmitted over the antenna paths. The processor generates a single look-up table (LUT) for the PA polynomials.

  • Patent number: 12067006
Abstract: A machine learning system for a digital assistant is described, together with a method of training such a system. The machine learning system is based on an encoder-decoder sequence-to-sequence neural network architecture trained to map input sequence data to output sequence data, where the input sequence data relates to an initial query and the output sequence data represents canonical data representation for the query. The method of training involves generating a training dataset for the machine learning system. The method involves clustering vector representations of the query data samples to generate canonical-query original-query pairs in training the machine learning system.

  • Publication number: 20240272305
Abstract: Methods, systems, computer-readable media, and apparatuses for determination of multipath for determining a location of user equipment (UE) are presented. In some embodiments, the UE may, based on a first indication of signal strength associated with a first polarization type, and a second indication of signal strength associated with a second polarization type, determine an indication of multipath reflection along a path of signal propagation between a space vehicle (e.g., GNSS satellite) and the UE. Circularly polarized positioning signals may be received by the UE via natively present linearly polarized antennas and converted into circularly polarized signals. Converted circularly polarized signals may include right-handed and left-handed components, and signal strengths for each component may be compared to determine the presence of multipath. Positioning signals may be given a weight or disregarded based on the multipath determination when determining the position of the UE.

  • Patent number: 12063266
Abstract: Object-based transportation between tenants may provide advantages over persistence layer-based transportation on a cloud platform in situations where persistence layer storage space is limited. Object based transportation involves obtaining a selection from the target tenant application of a set of objects from the plurality of objects and determining objects identifiers for each of the selected set of objects. For each object in the selected set of objects, a request is sent to a source tenant. The requests includes the corresponding object identifier for that object. Corresponding object data is received from the source tenant. At least a portion of the corresponding object data is stored in a target tenant database. An existing object may be updated or a new object may be created.

  • Patent number: 12062159
Abstract: A camera apparatus includes control circuitry configured to acquire an input color image of an agricultural field, smoothen the input color image with a median blur and convert the smoothened input color image into a plurality of different color spaces. The control circuitry is configured to execute a set of channel operations on an individual channel or combined channels in each color space of the plurality of different color spaces and generate a normalized image based on outputs received from each color space processing path. The control circuitry is configured to determine a threshold value based on a histogram of the normalized image and apply the determined threshold value to generate a first binary mask image. The control circuitry is configured to apply one or more morphology operations to remove noise in the first binary mask image and generate an output binary mask image of foliage mask.

  • Patent number: 12061576
Abstract: The present technology can move operating system folders into a sync folder of a cross platform content management system, and redirect the operating system to look for the OS folders in the sync folder. The present technology also provides an invariant checker to make sure that another application has not moved the OS folders after they have been placed in the sync folder, and provides solutions when the OS folders are moved out of the sync folder of the content management system. Additionally, when OS folders for multiple client devices are in the sync folder on the content management system, the present technology can provide a mechanism to make the content items in an OS folder on a first client device also sync into an OS folder on second client device.

  • Publication number: 20240266055
Abstract: Presented are systems and methods for the accurate acquisition of medical measurement data of a body part of patient. To assist in acquiring accurate medical measurement data, an automated diagnostic and treatment system provides instructions to the patient to allow the patient to precisely position a medical instrument in proximity to a target spot of a body part of patient. For a stethoscope examination, the steps may include utilizing object tracking to determine if the patient has moved the stethoscope to a recording site; utilizing DSP processing to confirm that the stethoscope is in operation, utilizing DSP processing to generate a pre-processed audio sample from a recorded audio signal; using machine learning (ML) to determine if a signal of interest (SOI) is present in the pre-processed sample. If SoI is present, using ML to evaluate characteristics in the signal which indicate the presence of abnormalities in the organ being measured.
