  • Publication number: 20240163189
Abstract: Systems and techniques for read-write network visualization are described herein. A selected sub-region of a visual representation of a graph network may be displayed based on inputs received from a user. Boundaries for the selected sub-region of the visual representation of the graph network may be calculated. State data may be captured for a portion of the graph network associated with the selected sub-region using the calculated boundaries for the selected sub-region of the visual representation upon activation of an edit mode user interface control. A change to an element of the graph network may be identified. The graph network may be modified based on the change. A formula may be identified that is associated with the element of the graph network. The formula may be automatically recompiled and values for the element of the graph network, and nodes and edges that share a path with the element, may be automatically recalculated using the recompiled formula.

  • Publication number: 20240111808
Abstract: Systems and techniques for aggregated physical and logical network mesh view are described herein. A selection may be obtained of a portion of a graph network data structure. Nodes may be identified in the portion of the graph network data structure. Geolocation data may be determined for each node of the nodes. Geographical boundaries may be calculated for the portion of the graph network data structure. A geographical map and a network map may be generated. A physical network view may be generated for display in the user interface as an aggregated view of the geographical map and the network map. The geographical map may represent a physical layer and the network map may represent a logical layer. The aggregated view may be output for display with a set of controls that correspond to the physical layer and a set of controls that correspond to the logical layer.

  • Patent number: 11935305
Abstract: An applique is mounted over one or both B-pillars of an autonomous vehicle and includes a display, speaker, touch input, and microphone. The applique may include a curved cover mounted over a printed circuit board (PCB) having LED arrays mounted thereto. A diffuser defines windows for the LED arrays and has a planar surface interfacing with the PCB and a curved surface interfacing with the curved cover. A controller of the vehicle detects proximity to a passenger to be picked up and displays the passenger's name at a first proximity, outputs a spoken message at a second, closer, proximity, and outputs a visible and audible prompt to enter an access code at a third proximity closer than the second proximity.

  • Patent number: 9178999
Abstract: A method may include receiving, at a call center, a call from a customer, identifying an agent to handle the call and forwarding the call to the agent. The method may also include monitoring the call to identify whether one or more particular words or phrases was voiced by the customer or the agent, determining, based on the monitoring, that a first word or phrase of the one or more particular words or phrases was voiced and generating an alert or message to forward to a workstation associated with a supervisor in response to determining that the first word or phrase or was voiced. The method may further include forwarding the alert or message to the workstation associated with the supervisor.

  • Patent number: 8196092
Abstract: A method, system, and computer program product are provided for generating an Extensible Stylesheet Language (XSL) dialog modules (XDM). Voice Extensible Markup Language (VoiceXML) documents operating under voice portal applications employ a series of dialog modules that facilitate operational flow through the application by invoking specific caller-centric events. These dialog modules are divided into two components—XML and XSL dialog modules. The division of the modules causes a clean separation between data (the XML component) and behavior (the XSL component). The XSL component in conjunction with an XML framework operable with the XSL component forms an XDM. Because behavioral aspects remain consistent from application to application, a library of XDMs can be provided to facilitate reuse, thereby minimizing redundancy and reducing development time and cost, and facilitating rapid market entry for organizational products.

  • Publication number: 20080243498
Abstract: An interactive speech recognition process and system is disclosed. A user is prompted for selection of one of a number designated phrases represented in a grammar database. Speech recognition processing is applied to an uttered response from the user to match data in the grammar database, thereby identifying the selected phrase. The user is requested to confirm a determined match. If the match is not confirmed, the data corresponding to the matched phrase is removed from the grammar database and the user is re-prompted to select from the remaining phrases.
