  • Publication number: 20250101407
Abstract: Present invention provides components, compositions, kits, and methods for enrichment and purification of circular RNAs (circRNAs) from circRNAs containing RNA compositions. Specifically, the invention of the present invention concerns the use of 3? and 5? free ends of linear RNA molecules for 3?- and 5?-adaptors addition. 3?- and 5?-adaptors comprise of affinity groups, which, when attached to the free ends of linear RNA molecules, facilitate their efficient depletion. This invention is applicable to RNA compositions containing circRNAs, and can be used for the enrichment and purification of specific or complete circRNA repertoires from all cell types and organisms. Our invention enhances the sensitivity and specificity for detecting a complete and unbiased repertoire of circRNAs present in the sample.

  • Publication number: 20250034552
Abstract: The invention provides components, compositions and methods for isolation and purification of ribosome protected mRNA footprints or fragments (RPFs) and kits thereof. The method of the present invention uses protein concentrator column having certain molecular weight cut-off membrane for removing contaminant, concentrating monosomes, and isolating ribosome protected mRNA footprints. This invention is suitable to any cell types and organism for purification of ribosome protected mRNA footprints. This method reduces steps, instrumentation and cost involved in purification of ribosome protected mRNA footprints from any cells.

  • Publication number: 20110166841
Abstract: A method and system for process model translation is disclosed herein. The method includes generating a common process model based upon a first process model capable of being utilized by a first simulation program. A second process model is then generated based upon the common process model, the second process model being capable of being utilized by a second simulation program.
