    Abstract: Example methods and systems for connection establishment in a global server load balancer (GSLB) environment are described. In one example, a computer system may establish a first connection with a first entity and a second connection with the second entity. The first connection may be established based on first parameter information that includes a shared certificate and a first identifier (ID). The second connection may be established based on second parameter information that includes the shared certificate and a second ID. The shared certificate may be shared by multiple entities that include the first entity and a second entity. In response to receiving a first request, a first response may be generated and sent towards the first entity via the first connection. In response to receiving a second request, a second response may be generated and sent towards the second entity via the second connection.

    Abstract: Example methods and systems for dynamic site selection in a global server load balancer (GSLB) environment are described. In one example, a computer system may obtain first health information from a first entity and second health information from a second entity. The first health information may be generated based on multiple first traffic flows between (a) multiple first client devices and (b) a first pool of backend servers. The second health information may be generated based on multiple second traffic flows between (a) multiple second client devices and (b) a second pool of backend servers. In response to receiving a request to access the service, the computer may select a selected site based on the first health information and/or second health information. A response may be generated and sent to cause a third client device to access the service by directing a third traffic flow towards the selected site.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a 13X zeolite, a 13X zeolite adsorbent and a synthesis method thereof. Wherein, the synthesis method includes preparing a seed material by mixing sodium aluminate, sodium silicate, NaOH into water to get a seed mixture, stirring the seed mixture and aging. Then preparing the 13X zeolite by mixing sodium aluminate, sodium silicate, NaOH into water, followed by 0-5 wt. % addition of the seed material to obtain a gel mixture. Stirring the said gel mixture for 1 hour and crystallization of the gel mixture, then a filtration step and a washing step is performed to obtain a 13X zeolite cake. Further, the 13X zeolite cake is dried at 120° C. for 24 hours, then crushed and grinded to obtain a 13X zeolite powder. The 13X zeolite adsorbent is prepared by binding the 13X zeolite powder with a binder.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel mutant of L-asparaginase enzyme characterized in having high thermostability, pH stability and no glutaminase activity useful for therapeutics and the process of preparing the same. The present invention specifically relates to mutant's MTCC 5580, MTCC 5581 and MTCC 5582 characterized in having higher stability, no glutaminase activity etc., to allow their usage in the form of improved protein therapeutics. A thermostable L-asparaginase from P. furiosus was cloned and expressed in E. coli host. The enzyme was engineered at its active site to create three different mutants based on structural and sequence analysis with a E. coli—derived enzyme homologue. The mutants MTCC 5580, MTCC 5581 and MTCC 5582 were tested for their stability, substrate affinity, optimum pH and temperature of activity and cytotoxicity. Based on the studies, all the three enzymes were found thermostable and with no glutaminase activity as compared to other available enzyme EcA II.

The server encrypts the hash to generate a confirmation ID, and sends the confirmation ID to the software product purchaser.
