Abstract: Systems and methods for validating electrical network models are provided. Systems include a memory configured to store electrical network model data for an electrical network. The electronic device also includes data processing circuitry configured to define in the memory an electrical network model object based, at least in part, on the electrical network model data. The data processing circuitry is further configured to create copies of the electrical network model object in the memory, wherein each copy of the electrical network model object corresponds to a respective set of rules, and wherein each set of rules independently defines a plurality of constraints relating to at least a portion of a plurality of parameters of the electrical network. The data processing circuitry is further configured to determine, in parallel, whether each copy of the electrical network model object is valid with respect to the corresponding set of rules.

Abstract: A computer system for authenticating user access to at least one computer application of a plurality of computer applications is provided. The computer system includes a memory device and a processor. The computer system is programmed to identify a security level from a plurality of security levels for each computer application within the plurality of computer applications. The plurality of security levels include at least a first-tier security level and a second-tier security level. The second-tier security level requires additional authentication information as compared to the first-tier security level. The computer system is also programmed to create a user account for a user within the memory device with the first-tier security level, and to determine that the user account requires the second-tier security level, and prompt the user to enter the additional authentication information. The computer system is also programmed to promote the user account to the second-tier security level.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for facilitating a payment transaction wherein a cardholder purchases an item from a merchant on behalf of a buyer is provided. The method includes receiving proposal data from a buyer computing device, wherein the proposal data includes at least one of an identification of an item proposed for purchase, a particular merchant, and a merchant purchase price. The method also includes receiving a selection message from the buyer computing device, wherein the selection message indicates a selected cardholder chosen to purchase the item on behalf of a buyer using a merchant payment card associated with the particular merchant. The method also includes reserving, by the computing device, at least the merchant purchase price and a cardholder processing fee associated with the merchant payment card in a buyer account.

Abstract: A processor for use in simulating operation of a portion of an electrical circuit is provided. The processor is configured to receive at least one input indicative of electrical circuit data related to the electrical circuit being simulated, generate a model of the electrical circuit based on the at least one input, receive a user input that indicates the portion of the electrical circuit to be simulated, generate, based on the user input and the electrical circuit model, a partial circuit snapshot that corresponds to the portion of the electrical circuit, and apply at least one event to the partial circuit snapshot to simulate operation of the corresponding portion of the electrical circuit.

The method may include distributing information about a local session table by a blade in the multi-blade load balancer to at least one other blade in the multi-blade load balancer. The method may also include updating a local session table by the at least one other blade on receiving the distributed information. The method may also include session table update for protocols including a control plane and data plane component.

Abstract: A method for displaying product details on a consumer device includes: preparing digital media for display on the device; detecting whether the digital media includes at least one product available for purchase; receiving a plurality of product data sets, each set associated with a product identifier and product details for an available product, the product details including information to initiate a transaction for the product; identifying an index of products in the digital media, the index including for each product a display location and a product identification number; receiving an indication from a user identifying a selected product in the digital media based on a display location in the digital media of the product and/or selection from a listing of the product in the index; retrieving product details for the product based on the product identification number and the product identifier; and displaying the retrieved product details.
