Abstract: A computer-implemented process for training a neural network includes the following operations. Return data received from a return channel is evaluated against a threshold. Based upon the threshold being satisfied, the return data is validated, and the return data is cognitive processed to generate a return insight. Using the neural network and based upon the return insight, a corrective action is generated. The neural network is trained using feedback generated based upon the corrective action. The threshold is then updated using the neural network.

Abstract: A method of generating alerts comprising the steps of receiving preference information to generate an alert indicating occurrence of an event, wherein the preference comprises location information of an event and determining location information of a mobile device. The location information is used for comparing the location information of the mobile device and the location information associated with the event. Subsequently generating an alert when the location information of the mobile device matches the location information associated with the event and based on the preference.

Abstract: The invention provides a cardiac rhythm management system which includes a tachyarrhythmia detection and classification circuit programmed to detect and classify a tachyarrhythmia, a biologic therapy delivery device configured to deliver or regulate an expression cassette suitable for terminating or preventing atrial fibrillation (AF), and a control circuit coupled to the tachyarrhythmia detection and classification circuit and the biologic therapy delivery device. Also provided is an implantable medical device for use in a body having a cardiovascular system, which includes an implantable device body including at least a cardiovascular portion configured to be in the cardiovascular system, and an expression cassette incorporated into the cardiovascular portion of the implantable device body, the expression cassette selected to express a gene product that terminates or prevents AF. Further provided are methods which employ particular expression cassettes to prevent, inhibit or treat AF.

In a second embodiment, the online purchasing system through extracting business logic identified a second group of authorized approver and conditions under which the authorized approvers must approve specified line items.
