Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer-readable media are provided for computer-based activity tracking within electronic medical records. Generally a user (e.g., a medical professional) logs in to electronic medical record software and performs various actions in an electronic medical record. Corresponding audit events are logged in an events database. A reviewer (e.g., in the electronic medical record software) requests to view a selected user's activity history comprising the actions performed by the user in one or more electronic medical records. For example, a user can request to view his or her own activity history, or a manager can request to view a reportee's activity history.
