    Abstract: An electronic device and method are provided for content modification in a shared session among multiple head-mounted display (HMD) devices. The electronic device determines emotional state information associated with a wearer of each of a plurality of HMD devices. Each HMD device renders media content in a computer-simulated environment and the emotional state information corresponds to a first portion of the rendered media content. The electronic device constructs an input feature for a first neural network based on the first portion of the rendered media content and the emotional state information. The electronic device selects, from a set of content modification operations, a first content modification operation based on an application of the first neural network on the input feature. Thereafter, the electronic device modifies the rendered media content based on the selected first content modification operation. The modified media content is rendered on at least one HMD device.

    Abstract: A media processing apparatus and method for frame rate control based on rendered objects. The media processing apparatus receives a first plurality of image frames which may include a first plurality of objects from a first image capturing device. The media processing apparatus receives a first user input corresponding to a first object from a first media rendering device. The media processing apparatus determines a first speed of movement of the first object based on an analysis of a first set of consecutive image frames from the first plurality of image frames and calculates a first frame rate based on the determined first speed of movement of the first object. The first image capturing device captures a second plurality of image frames at the first frame rate. The media processing apparatus transmits the captured second plurality of image frames to the first media rendering device.

The image processing device controls the image capture device to capture a second image of the first object based on adjusted focal point. The processor detects a change in the first cumulative image score to a second cumulative image score for an upcoming video segment, based on a video buffer. The second cumulative image score is less than the set image score threshold. The processor captures a second video segment corresponding to the upcoming video segment using a second camera setting to maintain the cumulative image score equal to or greater than the set image score threshold.
