Patent number: 12681915Abstract: A process mining system performs process mining using visual logs generated from video streams of worker devices. Specifically, for a given worker device, the process mining system obtains a series of images capturing a screen of a worker device while the worker device processes one or more tasks related to an operation process. The process mining system determines activity labels for a plurality of images. An activity label for an image may indicate an activity performed on the worker device when the image was captured. The activity label is determined by extracting information from pixels of the image and inferring the activity of the worker device from the extracted information. The process mining system generates event logs from the visual logs of worker devices and uses the event logs for process mining.Type: GrantFiled: July 24, 2023Date of Patent: July 14, 2026Assignee: Skan, Inc.Inventors: Manish Garg, Mubarak Abdulla, Aanjan Hari, Ajay Gabale, Jagadeesh Chandra Bose, Prateek Gupta

Patent number: 12670332Abstract: A conversational branch data prediction system predicts conversational branch data that can be used in automated conversational services (e.g., “chatbots”). The conversational branch data prediction system predicts the conversational branch data based on interactions with multiple sections across multiple webpages of a website, such as sections that include particular portions of text on webpages and omit additional portions of the text. For each section, the conversational branch data prediction system determines a vector embedding of text data in the section and a topic. Based on event metrics data, the conversational branch data prediction system identifies interactions with a particular subset of the sections having a particular topic. A trained machine-learning dialogue model identifies conversational text data correlated with vector embeddings associated with the particular subset of sections.Type: GrantFiled: February 7, 2024Date of Patent: June 30, 2026Assignee: Adobe Inc.Inventors: Sreekanth Reddy, Prateek Gupta, Goutham Srivatsav Arra, Camille Girabawe

Patent number: 12405988Abstract: A computing system identifies a heterogenous multi-entity graph user graph for a user based upon an identifier for the user. The user graph includes nodes and edges connecting the nodes. The nodes include topic nodes representing topics and entity nodes. The entity nodes represent people associated with the user, documents of the user, or derived information that is derived from the documents. The computing system identifies a cluster of the topic nodes corresponding to a productivity area of the user and performs a walk of the user graph based upon the subset of the topic nodes to identify a subset of the people, the documents, and the derived information. The computing system causes a graphical user interface (GUI) to be presented on a display, where the GUI includes identifiers for the subset of the people, the documents, and the derived information.Type: GrantFiled: May 2, 2022Date of Patent: September 2, 2025Assignee: MICROSOFT TECHNOLOGY LICENSING, LLCInventors: Vipindeep Vangala, Prateek Gupta, Niranjana R, Sangita Narayan Pitre, Dinesh Kumar
