Abstract: A method and system for providing profile-based data and visualization access through a semantic domain layer is disclosed. In some embodiments, the method includes receiving a user request to access data. The method further includes determining a user profile from a plurality of user profiles associated with the user. The method further includes extracting a first access level from a first set of access levels associated with the user profile. The method further includes mapping the user profile with a domain object from a plurality of domain objects, based on a second access level from the first set of access levels associated with the domain object. The method further includes selectively rendering at least a portion of the data requested in the user request to the user, in response to mapping the user profile with the domain object.

Abstract: The method for triage management includes obtaining, from multiple sources, activity logs including issues for triage; processing the activity logs using a decision tree configured to output category and priority score associated with each issue; and, for each issue, identifying the relevant resources to resolve the issue based on the category of the issue, the priority score, and attributes of the relevant resources including historical issue resolution data. The method also includes determining a triage activity based on availability of the relevant resources, categories of the issues, and the priority scores. The triage activity includes a sequence for resolving the issues. The method also includes scheduling call for a predetermined time duration based on the availability and the attributes of the relevant resources; and generating a report for the triage activity, including real time information related to the obtained activity logs, the sources, and the sequence of the issues.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to system(s) and method(s) for segregating multimedia frames associated with a character. The system may store sample data corresponding to a set of characters, wherein the sample data may comprise one or more voice samples and one or more visual samples corresponding to each character. The system may receive a multimedia file with a set of multimedia frames. Each multimedia frame may comprise video data and audio data. The system may identify one or more clusters of multimedia frames from the set of multimedia frames. The one or more clusters of multimedia frames may be associated with a target character selected from the set of characters by comparing the multimedia file with the audio and visual data. The system may further comprise steps for generating a target multimedia file, wherein the target multimedia file is generated by combining the one or more clusters of multimedia frames.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to system(s) and method(s) for logging tasks and and transmitting alerts to a user. The method may comprise receiving raw data, associated with a set of activities corresponding to a user. The raw data may be received from a set of data sources. The method may further comprise generating a conversation thread associated with a target activity from the set of activities. The method may further comprise identifying at least one abnormal event associated with the conversation thread, based on analysis of the conversation thread using one or more data analysis algorithms. The method may further comprise transmitting one or more alerts to a user or one or more other users associated with the conversation thread. The one or more alerts may be generated based on the abnormal event corresponding to the conversation thread.

Abstract: Disclosed is method and system for generating an integrated service. To generate the integrated service, a web service is retrieved using a web browser based on user input. Web service definition of the web service is extracted using web service description language (WSDL) file of the web service. Proxy classes are generated using the web service definition. Proxy classes are compiled to create an assembly file. User enabled to select service method from assembly file, and endpoints for the service method are identified using the web service definition. Service method is converted into custom activity. Workflow file is generated by building a workflow based on predefined activities and the custom activity. The end points are exposed for hosting the workflow file as integrated service. The workflow file is executed, tested and debugged in order to validate the workflow.
