  • Publication number: 20230359967
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to systems, methods, and user interfaces for optimizing resource allocation for an organization. More particularly, embodiments of the present disclosure utilize multiple data sets to enable organizations to make intuitive business decisions and plan resources accordingly. To do so, various data is collected at a resource engine that utilizes the data to determine resource utilization, occupancy density, and a recommendation. In various embodiments, the resource utilization, occupancy density, and a recommendation may be provided to a user as an alert, a report, or a user interface. The user interface may additionally enable the user to apply the recommendation. In some embodiments, the recommendation may be automatically applied or the user may be directed to perform the recommendation. The alert, report, or user interface may additionally inform the user of the impact of performing or not performing the recommendation.

  • Patent number: 11632442
Abstract: Methods, computer systems, and computer storage media are provided that provide an interactive web-based alerts system. The system provides a combination of features including a mail application and a dashboard for reporting. Initially, automated emails sent from a plurality of sources are received and stored in a database. The automated emails are classified based on criteria including source, subject line, acknowledgement, and/or status. Using these classifications, various reports can be generated to provide insight into the alert quality and quantity. A dashboard interface displays the classified alerts and enables various interactions with the classified plurality of alerts. Based on the interactions, the dashboard interface is automatically updated, in real-time. In some embodiments, the interactions comprise causing an incident to be created for the alert, causing a category of the alert to be updated, or causing a shift report to be generated.

  • Patent number: 11057265
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to systems, methods, and user interfaces for monitoring and maintaining redundant network and storage paths. Initially, path check information is received at a path check server via one or more management nodes. Each of the one or more management nodes comprises one or more physical nodes corresponding to network and hardware infrastructure. Failed nodes of the one or more physical nodes are identified, the failed nodes indicating physical nodes having path failures. Upon determining the node does not have an active incident in progress, an incident corresponding to the node is generated. In embodiments, a notification may be communicated to one or more team members. The notification may include the incident and a status of the incident. In embodiments, data visualization corresponding to the incident may be provided.
