Also disclosed are pharmaceutically compositions thereof as well as methods for using the compounds in treating a variety of diseases such as, for example, autoimmune diseases, dry eye syndrome, fibrosis, scar formation, angiogenesis, ischemic damage, inflammatory diseases, cancers, musculoskeletal diseases, cardiovascular diseases, transplant rejection, multiple sclerosis, systemic sclerosis and neurodegenerative diseases.
