For example, in some embodiments, the present disclosure provides a composition comprising: a molecule encapsulated in a liposome comprising one or more cationic lipids and hyaluronic acid (HA). In some embodiments, the one or more lipids are DOTAP and/or DOPE. In some embodiments, the HA is thiolated. In some embodiments, the thiolated HA is conjugated to thiolated PEG.
