The combinations are particularly useful for treating hyperproliferative disorders, such as cancer.

The interactive voice response system comprises an extendable system that provides fixed or variable part announcement playback to a calling party. A message is received from a service control point. The message includes an announcement identifier. A determination that an announcement including at least one variable part is to be played is made. Contents of the message are translated into a value for retrieving at least one variable part audio file from a data storage, and the at least one variable part audio file is retrieved. The interactive voice response system may also provide playback of announcements of multiple languages.
