  • Publication number: 20240157373
Abstract: A process and system for monitoring of wear on components of a grinding mill to determine an optimized future time for maintenance of the grinding mill. The system uses control circuitry for controlling the grinding mill, a sensory system for detecting measurement data on technical parameters relating to a wear condition of a component and an operating state of the grinding mill, analysis circuitry to analyze a wear behavior of the grinding mill, and a data transmitter and data receiver to exchange data. The sensory system detects measurement data on the wear condition of at least one component and the operating state of the grinding mill. The analysis circuitry derives from several pieces of measurement data detected at different times a future wear state at a time in the future and assigns the future wear state to a future degree of wear and a future maintenance loss.

  • Patent number: 9576010
Abstract: In various embodiments, a system and related method for organizing transactional data from an application environment is disclosed. In some embodiments, a system includes a file system and one or more daemon indexers in electrical communication with the file system. The file system is arranged as a non-relational and serverless file system to allow for cost-effectiveness with ready scalability. The file system is to receive, in substantially real-time, unsorted transactional data from a publishing module. The one or more daemon indexers are arranged to receive the unsorted transactional data from the file system, organize the unsorted transactional data by operational characteristics, and store the organized transactional data on the file system. Other systems and methods are disclosed.

  • Patent number: 9093251
Abstract: The present invention concerns a sputtering magnetron assembly comprising a rotatable tubular target cathode and a magnetic field generating device installed within the tubular target cathode. At least part of the magnetic field generating device is configured to move within the tubular target cathode so as to maintain within a predetermined range a magnetic field strength at an outer surface of the tubular target cathode during erosion of said outer surface. The present invention also relates to a physical vapour deposition method using such a sputtering magnetron assembly.
