  • Publication number: 20250354782
Abstract: The invention refers to an air defense system comprising at least one counter countermeasures device, and at least one anti-aircraft weapon system and to an anti-aircraft combat method comprising said air defense system. The counter countermeasures device is configured for generating and emitting electromagnetic radiation of appropriate wavelengths, i.e. simulated missiles, that mimic real anti-aircraft missiles, and, in this way, the anti-aircraft missile launch warning and detection system (MLWDS) installed on aircrafts are deceived and the countermeasures are released. The operation of the counter countermeasures device and of the anti-aircraft weapon system, i.e. emitting of simulated missiles and launching of anti-aircraft missiles, is coordinated. The counter countermeasures device is implemented as a standalone device or is attached to or is integrated into the anti-aircraft weapon system. With the proposed air defense system and method, the efficiency of the anti-aircraft combat is highly improved, i.

  • Publication number: 20250349224
Abstract: The invention relates to a system for training, where a training scenario is displayed on a screen and trainees interact with the training scenario, for example point a training weapon replica and fire at a virtual target displayed within the training scenario, so the system needs to determine in real time the position and/or orientation of a trainee or other object relevant for training, such as a training weapon replica, in order to determine, for example, whether the trainee hits a target with the weapon replica. More particularly, the invention relates to a training system for displaying an interactive training scenario and to a method of its calibration, wherein the proposed system enables portability and setting up a training environment easily and quickly for example wherever we can find a large white surface for a main screen and source of electricity to power the training system.

  • Publication number: 20250341385
Abstract: The invention refers to a counter countermeasures device, for use in an anti-aircraft combat. In one embodiment the CCM device together with an anti-aircraft weapon system forms an air defense system. The counter countermeasures device is configured for generating and emitting electromagnetic radiation of appropriate wavelengths and is capable of operating in spoof and jam mode and switching between both modes. The mode of operation is dependent on the selection of the output power of the EM source unit and the distance to the target. The selection of the output power may be done with a mechanical cover or with an electronic solution, decreasing driving current of the EM sources. With the CCM device the anti-aircraft missile launch warning and detection system installed on aircrafts are deceived and the countermeasures are released. With the use of the CCM device the efficiency of the anti-aircraft combat is highly improved, i.e. the probability of the target hit is highly improved.
