  • Patent number: 7634909
Abstract: A travel jolt minimizing assembly for use in association with an articulated loader steering environment having a orbitrol pump, and a flow amplifier coupled to the orbitrol pump through a left orbitrol signal and a right orbitrol signal, and a steering cylinder coupled to the flow amplifier. The travel jolt minimizing assembly includes a system for temporarily diverting the left orbitrol signal within a predetermined degrees of a full articulation in a left direction and a system for temporarily diverting the right orbitrol signal within a predetermined degrees of a full articulation in a right direction. The invention further includes a response cushion assembly which minimizes jolts which occur upon a rapid change in direction.

  • Patent number: 6817125
Abstract: A picture frame assembly comprising a body, a picture retaining assembly and a mounting assembly. The picture retaining assembly is associated with the body, and facilitates the display of a picture within the body. The mounting assembly comprises a wall engaging assembly attachable to a wall and a pivoting engagement assembly. The pivoting engagement assembly is hingedly associated with each of the wall engaging assembly and the body, to, in turn, rotate the body between a display position to a set-up position.

  • Patent number: 6634653
Abstract: A ride control system comprising a member for substantially equalizing pressure and ride valve having three positions, namely, a first inactive position, a second active position and an intermediate equalizing position. The substantial pressure equalizing member equalizing the pressure within the head side of at least one boom cylinder with an accumulator. The inactive position corresponding to one in which the ride valve assembly maintains isolation between the accumulator and at least one boom cylinder. The active position corresponding to one in which the ride valve assembly places the accumulator and at least one boom cylinder in communication with each other. The intermediate position corresponding to one in which the ride valve assembly maintains isolation between the accumulator and at least one boom cylinder and facilitates the activation of the substantial equalizing means.

  • Patent number: 6523520
Abstract: A cooling system for use in association with an engine encased within an engine compartment, having a remotely positioned cooling fan and radiator. The cooling system includes a containment member operably positioned within the engine compartment. The containment member includes an exposure opening which defines a cavity. The cooling system likewise includes a conduit associated with the containment member. The conduit includes a first end placed in fluid communication with the cavity and a second end extending outside of the engine compartment which is placed in fluid communication with the cooling fan. Circulation of the fan directs the passage of fluid from within the cavity and the conduit.

  • Patent number: 6523636
Abstract: A motion control system for controlling the motion of a crawler having a left and right track. The system comprises a pivotally mounted controller; a steering control system hydraulically communicable with a pressurized fluid supply, a brake of each of a left and right track of a crawler and a clutch of each of a left and right track of a crawler, a direction control system hydraulically communicable with a pressurized fluid supply, a forward and a reverse transmission signal input, a steering speed controlling system for controlling the speed of a left track and a right track, and a transmission gear controlling system. The steering speed controlling system includes at least one selector. The transmission gear controlling system includes at least one transmission gear selector. The steering control system is positioned so that pivoting the controller in a first series of planes operates the steering control system.

  • Patent number: 6330799
Abstract: An adaptive cooling system control system for controlling fluid delivery from a pump to a fan motor comprises an inlet, an outlet and a speed control structure. The inlet receives fluid from a pump. The outlet delivers the fluid to a fan motor. The speed control structure controls the speed of the fan motor, and comprises a valve including a first passage in fluid communication with the inlet and the outlet, and a bypass passage selectively communicable with the inlet, the bypass passage being placed in communication with the inlet upon receiving fluid from a pump in excess of a predetermined desired quantity of such fluid.
