The uracil compound containing a carboxylate fragment provided by the present invention has better herbicidal activity compared with the prior art.

    Abstract: A tracking system for tracking an expanded state of an object is provided. The tracking system comprises at least one processor and a memory having instructions stored thereon that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the tracking system to execute a probabilistic filter that iteratively tracks a belief on the expanded state of the object, wherein the belief is predicted using a motion model of the object and is further updated using a compound measurement model of the object. The compound measurement model includes multiple probabilistic distributions constrained to lie on a contour of the object with a predetermined relative geometrical mapping to the center of the object. Further, the tracking system tracks the expanded state of the object based on the updated belief on the expanded state.

    Abstract: A method which i) segregates UEs to different categories of “conforming” and “nonconforming”, and ii) performs rank indicator (RI) filtering and/or switching based on the specific category is provided. Rank indicator (RI) filtering is performed in a SINR-specific manner, e.g., when SINR is low, the rank filtering is performed in such a way to always give an output of 1 or 2, not more. In addition, the Modulation and Coding Scheme (MCS) assigned for a PDSCH is adjusted when the rank switching is performed, thereby achieving graceful rank switching. Furthermore, Outer Loop Rate Control (OLRC) optimization is provided in response to rank switching.

    Abstract: A method performed by a network node for deciding whether or not to trigger short Semi Persistent Scheduling (SPS) reactivation of a short SPS activated User Equipment (UE) in a wireless communication network is provided. The network node receives Uplink, UL, data from the UE over a radio resource. The radio resource comprises any one out of: an SPS resource and a dynamically granted resource. The network node determines a difference of signal quality of the radio resource used for the received UL data compared to a previous signal quality calculated when last of any one out of: deactivation and reactivation of short SPS was triggered. The network node then decides whether or not to trigger short SPS reactivation of the UE based on the determined difference of the signal quality.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a network node and a method performed by the network node for radio resource allocation. The method includes allocating a number of subframes to a first terminal device for uplink transmission, in which the first terminal device repeatedly transmits its data to the network node for N times, wherein N is an integer greater than 1. Then the network node decodes the data received from the first terminal device after the data has been received for M times, wherein M is an integer smaller than N; and records, after the received data from the first terminal device is successfully decoded, rest of subframes being allocated to the first terminal device as recycling uplink resource. The recycling uplink resource can be reused by other communication links although been allocated to the first terminal device, thus radio resource can be utilized more efficiently.
