    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and a kit for detecting cell-free DNA (cfDNA) methylation, and belongs to the technical field of early cancer screening. The method includes the following steps: constructing and mixing a cfDNA library and a filter DNA to obtain a mixture of the cfDNA library and the filter DNA, co-immunoprecipitating the mixture with anti-5-methylcytosine (5mC) antibody, conducting methylation capture on methylated DNA fragments in the mixture, and purifying and eluting to obtain a captured product fragment; conducting amplification and enrichment, purification, recovery and screening to obtain a sequencing library; and sequencing on an Illumina sequencing platform, and bioinformatically analyzing acquired experimental data to know about the cfDNA methylation.

    Abstract: A resin for grayscale digital light processing 3D printing includes a donor moiety, an acceptor moiety, a rigid moiety, a photoinitiator, and a photoabsorber. The donor moiety is an acrylate monomer with a side group of a free carbonyl, a primary amine on an acrylate, a secondary amine on an acrylate, and/or a tertiary amine on an acrylate. The acceptor moiety is different than the donor moiety and is an acrylate monomer with a side group of a free hydroxy, a primary amine, secondary amine, and/or an imine. And the rigid moiety is acrylate monomer with a side group of a cyclohexyl, a substituted cyclohexyl, or a bicyclic structure. A monolithic structure formed from the resin using grayscale digital light processing 3D printing can have a Young's modulus ranging from 0.1 MPa to 100 MPa.

    Abstract: A process and a device for continuous flow side-chain alkylation which relate to the technical field of organic synthesis. In this process and the device for continuous flow side-chain alkylation, an ibuprofen raw material is prepared with alkylbenzene as a raw material. This raw material alkylbenzene is easily available and has a low cost, and is suitable for scale-up production. Moreover, an entire preparation process adopts continuous chemical synthesis, and a reaction time of each stage can be precisely controlled, which is beneficial to control a total reaction time and reduce an amount of impurities produced. In this way, a purity and a yield of the ibuprofen raw material are improved. In summary, a continuous synthesis method for side-chain alkylation of alkylbenzene provided by the present disclosure shows a low cost and a high yield.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a multi-task joint computing unloading and resource allocation method based on D2D (Device-to-Device) communication. For solving the problems that computing resources of a local terminal cannot complete all computing tasks on time when there are multiple computing tasks with delay requirements on a local terminal, the method introduces a computing unloading mechanism to reduce the delay and the overhead of the local terminal itself. The method is based on a D2D communication technology. In the scenario where mobile terminals are densely distributed, the local terminal can unload the computing tasks at the same time to several surrounding idle terminals for processing. According to the method, a total overhead objective function is established in consideration of the task delay, energy consumption, and unloading fee.
