A method for designing the damping shock absorber, wherein the main body is filled with the damping medium, such that the shock of the pipe or a shaft body is reduced, ensuring the smooth operation of the pipe or the shaft body, and further ensuring the safety and efficiency of the pipe or the shaft body in a working process.
