Abstract: Described herein are methods and compositions for the targeted delivery of therapeutic agents. Provided herein are compounds and conjugates of the formulas described herein, including antibody-linker conjugates, comprising comprising one or more moieties derived from therapeutic agents (a topoisomerase inhibitor or a poly adenosine diphosphate-ribose polymerase (PARP) inhibitor), and wherein the conjugate further comprises a polypeptide, such as an antibody. The present disclosure also provides compositions comprising such conjugates and uses and methods for treating diseases and disorders, such as cancer, using these conjugates.

Abstract: The present disclosure describes multispecific antibodies comprising a first targeting moiety that specifically binds to CD47 and a second targeting moiety. The second targeting moiety can specifically bind to EpCAM or to EGFR. Also described herein include pharmaceutical compositions comprising the multispecific antibodies, and methods of use for killing CD47+ cells, such as CD47+ EpCAM+ cells or CD47+ EGFR+ cells, and for treating proliferative diseases.
