    Abstract: A mounting apparatus is provided for a data storage device. The mounting apparatus includes a mounting bracket receiving the data storage device, and a number of vibration absorbing members attached to opposite sides of the data storage device. Two sliding slots are respectively defined in opposite sidewalls of the mounting bracket. Each of the vibration absorbing members includes a fastener engaged with a corresponding side of the data storage device, a supporter slidably received in a corresponding sliding slot of the mounting bracket, and a damping body sandwiched between the fastener and the supporter.

    Abstract: A cable management apparatus includes a guide rail, a number of slide members slidably mounted to the guide rail, and a number of cable supports. Each of the cable supports includes two arms hinged to each other. Each of the arms forms a first end and a second end. The first end of the former one of two neighboring cable supports and the second end of the latter cable support are rotatably connected to the slide member between the neighboring cable supports. The first end of the last cable support is connected to the guide rail. The cable supports are unfolded with the slide members sliding forwards along the guide rail to spread a cable rested on the cable supports. The cable supports are folded with the slide members sliding rearwards along the guide rail to wind up the cable.

    Abstract: The invention contemplates a method of making a catalytic material, and uses of the material. The catalytic material is made by depositing catalytic metals, such as gold or platinum, on substrate materials, such as lanthanum-doped ceria or other oxides. The catalytic metal, which comprises both crystalline and non-crystalline structures, is treated, for example with aqueous basic NaCN solution, to leach away at least some of the crystalline metallic component. The remaining noncrystalline metallic component associated with the substrate exhibits catalytic activity that is substantially similar to the catalyst as prepared. The use of the catalyst in an apparatus such as a reactor or analytic instrument is contemplated, as is the use of the catalyst in efficient, cost-effective reactions, such as removal of carbon monoxide from fuel gases, for example by performing the water gas shift reaction.

The first rail includes a holding portion. The positioning member engages with the holding portion to prevent the second rail from sliding into or out of the first rail. By sliding the releasing member, the releasing member drives the positioning member to disengage from the holding portion of the first rail, thereby enabling the second rail to slide into or out of the first rail.

The pushing member includes a pressed portion operable of resisting against the sliding member, and a moving portion to abut against the data storage device. When the sliding member is slid in the fixing tray to move the pressed portion, the pushing member is rotated. Therefore, the moving portion is rotated to eject the data storage device from the bracket.
