Abstract: The present disclosure provides a comic image generation method and apparatus, a computer device, and a storage medium, and the method includes: acquiring pose text information corresponding to a comic storyboard, the pose text information being used for describing target action poses of at least one target object; determining a pose assistance image corresponding to the comic storyboard according to the pose text information, reference action poses of a reference object in the pose assistance image matching the target action poses; and generating comic images corresponding to the comic storyboard using an artificial intelligence model according to the pose text information and the pose assistance image, target objects in the comic images having the target action poses.

Abstract: An incremental compiling method and an incremental compiling system based on a heterogeneous device. The method comprises: a user using P4 to develop a network program, checking the syntax and semantics of the network program and converting into an intermediate representation; allocating intermediate representation files according to constraints such as the functions and resources of the heterogeneous device; then, transforming the network program into different rule expressions of the heterogeneous device according to the constraints of the heterogeneous device, flow table entries and the like, and loading the on different rule expressions to a target device; when the user needs to deploy network functions incrementally, the user only needs to write new network programs and regenerate rule expressions; by comparing and analyzing the old and new rule expressions, a rule expression that can be loaded on heterogeneous device is formed, and the incremental deployment of network functions is realized.

Abstract: Implementations relate to a multimodal translation application that can provide an abridged version of a translation through an audio interface of a computing device, while simultaneously providing a verbatim textual translation at a display interface of the computing device. The application can provide these different versions of the translation in certain circumstances when, for example, the rate of speech of a person speaking to a user is relatively high compared to a preferred rate of speech of the user. For example, a comparison between phonemes of an original language speech and a translated language speech can be performed to determine whether the ratio satisfies a threshold for providing an audible abridged translation. A determination to provide the abridged translation can additionally or alternatively be based on a determined language of the speaker.

Abstract: This document describes methods and systems of on-device real-time translation for media content on a mobile electronic device. The translation is managed and executed by an operating system of the electronic device rather than within a particular application executing on the electronic device. The operating system can translate media content, including visual content displayed on a display device of the electronic device or audio content output by the electronic device. Because the translation is at the OS level, the translation can be implemented, automatically or based on a user input, across a variety of (including all) applications and a variety of content on the electronic device to provide a consistent translation experience, which is provided via a system UI overlay that displays translated text as captions to video content or as a replacement to on-screen text.

In accordance with one aspect, a method for multimaterial fabrication of three-dimensional (3D) printed structures includes lifting a printing platform having a 3D printed structure formed thereon to remove the 3D printed structure from a plate through which radiation was transmitted to fabricate the 3D printed structure and activating a blast of an air jet focused on the surface of the plate under the printing platform to remove waste material left on the surface of the plate when the printing platform is lifted.
