    Abstract: Provided are a manned pole-climbing work platform and a pole-gripping mechanism thereof. The pole-gripping mechanism includes an arm and a distal pole-gripping mechanical hand. The distal pole-gripping mechanical hand includes a front jaw, a rear jaw, a forward-threaded rod, a reverse-threaded rod and a preloader. The front jaw and the rear jaw are articulated with the arm through pivots. The preloader is configured to drive the forward-threaded rod and the reverse-threaded rod to rotate synchronously. The forward-threaded rod and the front jaw are articulated with each other through a front thrust-nut composite pivot. The reverse-threaded rod and the rear jaw are articulated with each other through a rear thrust-nut composite pivot. The front jaw and the rear jaw are openable or closeable relative to each other.

The invention further provides a method of providing a parametric minimum audible angle for a capability of auditory spatial positioning, the invention improves the control accuracy.

    Abstract: An application of a prokaryotic Argonaute protein with only a cleavage activity of a target ribonucleic acid (RNA) in RNA editing is provided. The Argonaute protein is derived from a mesophilic prokaryotes Verrucomimicrobia bacterium, and its amino acid sequence is shown in SEQ ID NO: 1 or a protein with high similarity to SEQ ID NO: 1 and the same function. This protein has binding activity to a single-stranded guide DNA and nuclease activity only to the target RNA complementarily paired with the single-stranded guide DNA. Therefore, the protein can be utilized for in vitro and in vivo targeted RNA editing, providing a new powerful tool for RNA editing.

The detecting module is configured to detect a signal indicating an output characteristic of the ballast, during a startup stage of the LED device. The current regulator is configured to convert the direct current from the rectifier into the driving current with a value equal to or less than a preset current threshold when the signal meets a preset condition, and the preset current threshold is less than a maximum current the LED device is able to carry without damage.

The method further includes: comparing the determined rate of correlation with a predetermined threshold, and determining, based on the comparison of the determined rate of correlation with the predetermined threshold, grouping of the at least two objects. With this method, objects with a high degree of correlation are logically grouped together, so that a user can manage objects in batches in an efficient manner during object management, thus improving the system performance.
