  • Publication number: 20240140897
Abstract: The present invention relates to a co-crystal of coenzyme QH and nicotinamide, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. Compared with the existing coenzyme QH, the co-crystal has a higher melting point and superior stability. The preparation method for the co-crystal of coenzyme QH is simple, easy to control and good in terms of reproducibility. The present invention greatly improves the use convenience of coenzyme QH, saves costs during storage, transportation and use, and broadens the application range of coenzyme QH.

  • Patent number: 11947925
Abstract: A user input in a source language is received. A set of contextual data is received. The user input is encoded into a user input feature vector. The set of contextual data is encoded into a context feature vector. The user input feature vector and the context feature vector are used to generate a fusion vector. An adaptive neural network is trained to identify a second context feature vector, based on the fusion vector. A second user input in the source language is received for translation into a target language. The adaptive neural network is used to determine, based on the second context feature vector, a second user input feature vector. The second user input feature vector is decoded, based on the source language and the target language, into a target language output. A user is notified of the target language output.

  • Publication number: 20080085871
Abstract: This invention describes a novel polysaccharide prodrug of 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) with enhanced target specificity for colorectal cancer treatment, and its preparation methods. The prodrug is synthesized by chemically linking anti-cancer drug 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) with a specially selected polysaccharide with molecular weight of 105˜107 Da containing galactose residues. Its distinctive characteristics are that it is a prodrug synthesized by chemically linking polysaccharides with 5-FU through different bridge links for the targeted treatment of colorectal cancer; that the polysaccharides in the chemical compound contain galactose residues; and that these polysaccharides are prepared from natural gums or plant materials. Due to these unique characteristics, as an oral preparation, the polysaccharide component of this novel prodrug can protect the active agent 5-FU from absorption (or metabolism) in the upper gastrointestinal tract and deliver a high concentration of the 5-FU to the colorectal area.

  • Patent number: 6475895
Abstract: A semiconductor device structure and process for its fabrication includes a first layer of HDP oxide and an overlying layer of silicon oxynitride. Application of the HDP oxide to a pattern of metal structures fills gaps between the metal structures and allows for the void free deposition of the silicon oxynitride layer. The silicon oxynitride layer provides a hard outer coating to the passivation coating and is UV transparent so that, if necessary, non-volatile floating gate memory devices can be UV erased.
