The electrokinetic device for in-situ leaching of uranium includes an injection well, a pumping well, a positive electrode, a negative electrode, leaching solution, and a direct current power supply. Uranium ore is provided between the injection well and the pumping well, the negative electrode is arranged in the injection well, and the positive electrode is arranged in the pumping well. The leaching solution is injected from the injection well, flows through the uranium ore, and then is pumped from the pumping well for uranium extraction. The direct current power supply is respectively connected to the positive electrode and the negative electrode, and is configured to apply direct current between the positive electrode and the negative electrode to promote the pooling of uranium-carrying ions towards the pumping well.

    Abstract: A preparation method of a tumor microparticle encapsulating a metabolic inhibitor includes following steps. A tumor cell is cultivated, and a statin drug is added to a culture medium after the tumor cell grows stably. Then, the tumor cell is irradiated with an ultraviolet, and then the tumor cell is incubated in a cell incubator for 22˜26 hours. After the incubation, cell supernatant is collected and the tumor microparticle encapsulating the metabolic inhibitor is obtained through a gradient centrifugation. The preparation method uses tumor cell-derived microparticles as drug delivery platforms, with a simple preparation process that preserves functions such as biosafety, biocompatibility, targeting, and intercellular communication. The preparation method discovers new uses of a statin drug, which can inhibit tumor growths with the statin drug, regulate tumors metabolism and improve a tumor microenvironment, and have a potential to enhance a chemotherapy efficacy and delay a chemotherapy resistance.

When all IoT gateways in the domain receive the identity authentication request, all IoT gateways verify separately whether the identity authentication request is legal. After a certain IoT gateway obtains the identity authentication result, a distributed consensus procedure is initiated. The IoT gateways in the domain reach a consensus on the identity authentication result through a distributed consensus mechanism, and the identity authentication result is written and stored to a block of a blockchain.

The coating layer on the surface of the active layer prevents organic electrolytes from being easily adsorbed and nucleated in the porous structure of the electrode surface due to interface defects, and facilitates to weaken the interface problems existing between the electrolyte and the electrode surface. The capacitor can significantly increase the operating voltage window (may be up to above 4V) and capacitance of the supercapacitor, and further increase energy density thereof.

    Abstract: The disclosure belongs to the field of film materials, and discloses a high-temperature resistant modified polypropylene film, and a preparation method and use thereof. The modified polypropylene film includes a polypropylene film, and an oxide layer and/or nitride layer, each of which has a thickness of 20-500 nm, on the surface of the polypropylene film. It can significantly improve the thermal stability and high-temperature withstand voltage property of the polypropylene film by depositing the oxide layer or nitride layer of appropriate thickness on the surface of the polypropylene film by an ALD technology. The modified polypropylene film has high-temperature resistance, such as resistance to at high temperature of 150° C., and very small deformation quantity at high temperature, and can withstand a high breakdown voltage at high temperature. For example, the modified polypropylene film can withstand a voltage of 580 kV/mm at 140° C.
