A distance between a plane of the reflective structure away from the base substrate and the base substrate is greater than a distance between a plane of the quantum dot filter layer close to the base substrate and the base substrate.

After the restricted registration timer expires, the access management network element initiates a deregistration procedure to deregister the UE from a network. By using the method, the terminal device can be prevented from maliciously camping or accessing another service for a long time.
