    Abstract: The invention discloses a myrtle polysaccharide P1, the separation method thereof and the use in preparing hypolipidemic drugs therefor, wherein the P1 contains 6.74% of ribose, 1.73% of rhamnose, 60.06% of arabinose, 3.54% of xylose, 5.64% of mannose, 13.16% of glucose, and 9.13% of galactose. The experiment result shows that the myrtle polysaccharide P1 has a certain ability to bind cholate in vitro. Taking cholestyramine as a positive control and the binding rate of cholestyramine to each cholate as 100%, the relative binding rate of the myrtle polysaccharide P1 to sodium taurocholate, sodium glycocholate and sodium cholate was 25.28%, 44.56%, and 50.10%, respectively.

    Abstract: A microRNA (miRNA) inhibitor, being able to form a stable DNA-RNA double-stranded structure with a miRNA. The RNA zipper can connect the head of the miRNA molecule to the tail of the miRNA molecule to form a stable long-chain structure. The RNA zipper unit sequence contains 1-3 nucleotides not connected to the miRNA unit sequence. The DNA-RNA double-stranded structure can be used to inhibit biological activities of a miRNA unit, does not have biological toxicity, and has the advantages of high affinity, high specificity and high stability.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and a device for processing a speech based on artificial intelligence. The method includes: grading a current frame included in a speech packet to be decoded by using an acoustic model to obtain a grading result; identifying whether the current frame is a quasi-silent frame according the grading result; and skipping the current frame and not decoding the current frame if the current frame is the quasi-silent frame. In the present disclosure, before the current frame included in the speech pocket to be decoded is decoded, it is identified whether to decode the current frame according to the grading result obtained with the acoustic model. When there is no need to decode the current frame, the current frame is skipped. Thus, a redundancy decoding may be avoided, a speed of decoding is improved and recognition of the speech packet to be decoded is expedited.
