    Abstract: Disclosed are a backlight source and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the method of manufacturing the backlight source comprises the following steps: forming a base layer, a dielectric layer, and a conductive layer stacked successively from bottom to top to form a semi-finished PCB; the semi-finished PCB is divided into a light bar area and a heat dissipating area; the conductive layer is divided into a first conductive area and a second conductive area insulated from each other; etching the second conductive area to form a preset conductive circuit; spraying insulating paint upon the conductive layer to form the insulating layer, thus producing the PCB; and installing the LED onto the light bar area and making it in electrical connection with the second conductive area.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a printed circuit board of a backlight module is provided. The printed circuit board includes a light bar region and a heat dissipating region. The light bar region used for mounting a light bar of the backlight module and formed with a conductive circuit for supplying power for the light bar. The heat dissipating region is connected with the light bar region. A connection location of the light bar region and the heat dissipating region is subjected to cutting to form a slot located at a side of the printed circuit board in order to prevent short-circuiting between the heat dissipating region and the conductive circuit of the light bar region. The cutting is made to partly penetrate through the thickness of a dielectric layer on which the conductive circuit is formed in order to completely separate the light bar region from the heat dissipating region.

The present invention can avoid the short circuit problem due to uncompleted etching of the conductive layer on the heat dissipating region of the printed circuit board.

The connector substrate is disposed parallel to the lens substrate and away from the lens substrate with a focal length. The light-tracking substrate is disposed between the lens substrate and the connector substrate for simultaneously rotating the lens substrate and the connector substrate such that the Fresnel lenses are directly opposite to the sunlight. This backlight module further includes at least a first tension member and a second tension member with their both ends respectively connected to the reflection sheet and the backplate. The backlight module herein can effectively prevent the reflection sheet from warping caused by thermal expansion and further improve the optical quality of the backlight module.

    Abstract: A light source module including light sources and secondary optical lens is proposed. The secondary optical lens includes an incident curved surface, an emitting curved surface, and a bottom of prism. The incident curved surface has a concave area defined as a cavity where the light source is disposed. A light beam generated by the light source is emitted to the inside of the secondary optical lens through the incident curved surface. The light beam is emitted outwards through the emitting curved surface after being reflected by the prism microstructures on the bottom of prism. The light beam reflected by the emitting curved surface can be emitted to the inside of the secondary optical lens again by using the prism microstructures. Therefore, the light source module can reduce the scattering amount of the light beam, thereby improving the utilization of the light beam generated by the light source.
