    Abstract: A single-shot differential phase contrast quantitative phase imaging method based on color multiplexing illumination. A color multiplexing illumination solution is used to realize single-shot differential phase contrast quantitative phase imaging. In the single-shot color multiplexing illumination solution, three illumination wavelengths of red, green, and blue are used to simultaneously illuminate a sample, and the information of the sample in multiple directions is converted into intensity information on different channels of a color image. By performing channel separation on this color image, the information about the sample at different spatial frequencies can be obtained.

    Abstract: A short-circuit fault-tolerant control method based on deadbeat current tracking for a five-phase permanent magnet motor with a sinusoidal back-electromotive force or a trapezoidal back-electromotive force (EMF) is provided. By fully utilizing a third harmonic space of a five-phase permanent magnet motor in a fault state, the method proposes a fault-tolerant control strategy for a five-phase permanent magnet motor with a sinusoidal back-EMF or a trapezoidal back-EMF in case of a single-phase short-circuit fault. The method enables the five-phase permanent magnet motor to make full use of the third harmonic space during fault-tolerant operation, thereby improving the torque output of the motor in a fault state and improving the fault-tolerant operation efficiency of the motor. The method achieves desirable fault-tolerant performance and dynamic response of the motor, and expands the speed range of the motor during fault-tolerant operation.

Therefore, the Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis CCFM1018 of the disclosure can be used as an effective means to prevent and alleviate body damage caused by DEHP and MEHP, and does not have toxic or side effects of drugs. Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis CCFM1018 can be used to prepare pharmaceutical compositions and fermented food for alleviating and preventing the toxicity of DEHP and metabolites thereof, and has a very broad application prospect.

    Abstract: The patent discloses a differential phase contrast (DPC) quantitative phase microscopy method based on the optimal illumination pattern design. Firstly, the optimal illumination pattern corresponding to the isotropic phase transfer function of DPC quantitative phase imaging is derived, which is determined as a semi-annular illumination pattern with the illumination numerical aperture NAill equal to the numerical aperture NAobj of the objective lens. The illumination intensity distribution varies with the cosine of the illumination angle, and it can be expressed as S(?)=cos(?). This patent effectively compensates for the frequency loss of phase transfer, not only the high-frequency responses of PTF are enhanced, but also the transfer responses of low-frequency phase information is significantly improved.

    Abstract: A UE having a security context with an Initial AMF is able to accept an unprotected AUTHRQ, under certain circumstances, for a limited time. In one embodiment, a UE considers the security context to be temporary, which invokes rules or exceptions different than a permanent security context, such as the acceptance of an unprotected AUTHRQ from a Target AMF. The network may indicate to the UE the temporary status, or the UE may assume it. Alternatively, the UE may enable exceptions to the defined rules associated with the security context. In one embodiment, the UE receives a plurality of partial registration acceptance messages, each indicating a specific task or aspect of the overall registration has been completed. The UE may mark its security context temporary, or enable exceptions to the rules 10 associated with it, until a partial registration acceptance messages indicates AMF re-allocation is complete or is not required.
