    Abstract: A semiconductor structure and a method for forming the semiconductor structure are provided. The method includes providing a to-be-etched layer; forming an initial mask layer over the to-be-etched layer; forming a patterned structure, on the initial mask layer and exposing a portion of the initial mask layer; forming a barrier layer on a sidewall surface of the patterned structure; using the patterned structure and the barrier layer as a mask, performing an ion doping process on the initial mask layer to form a doped region and an un-doped region between doped regions in the initial mask layer; removing the patterned structure and the barrier layer; and forming a mask layer on a top surface of the to-be-etched layer by removing the un-doped region. The mask layer includes a first opening exposing the top surface of the to-be-etched layer.

    Abstract: The present invention belongs to the technical field of protein and genetic engineering, and specifically discloses use of an erythropoietin human hepatocyte receptor B4 as a target in screening and preparing a biological formulation or medicament for increasing sensitivity to insulin. Also disclosed is use of an erythropoietin human hepatocyte receptor B4 in preparing an insulin-sensitized mouse model. On the basis of insulin signal regulation, a protein EphB4 capable of interacting with an insulin receptor (InsR) is found. The protein can interact with InsR, and insulin stimulation can promote the interaction between the two, which provides a basis for insulin resistance in the case of hyperinsulinaemia. Over-expression of EphB4 can promote degradation of InsR. Inhibition of EphB4 can enhance the sensitivity to insulin and improve insulin resistance.

In the display panel, an organic light-emitting structural layer and an encapsulating structural layer are formed on a pixel defining layer and covers an entire surface of a through hole. The through hole is defined before the organic light-emitting structural layer and the encapsulating structural layer covers the surface of the through hole. Therefore, the encapsulating structural layer covers an interior lateral wall of the through hole, which prevents atmospheric moisture from invading into gaps between layers of an OLED device from the through hole and eroding a metal layer and an organic light-emitting layer in a display region.

    Abstract: A rapid, low-cost, portable and reliable method for on-site detection of deoxynivalenol (DON), a representative mycotoxin predominantly occurring in grains, would be helpful to control mycotoxin contamination. Herein, a paper-based microfluidic chip capable of measuring deoxynivalenol (DON-Chip) in foods, feeds and feed ingredients was developed. As discussed herein, the DON-Chip incorporated a colorimetric competitive immunoassay into a paper microfluidic device and used gold nanoparticles as a signal indicator. Furthermore, a novel ratiometric analysis method was used to improve signal resolvability at low concentrations of DON. Detection of DON in aqueous extracts from solid foods, feeds or feed ingredients was successfully validated with a detection range from 0.01-20 ppm (using dilution factors from 10-104). Compared with conventional methods, the novel DON-Chip greatly reduces the cost and time of mycotoxin detection in the food and feed industry.

    Abstract: A heterogeneous image registration method includes: performing edge detection on collected images, in combination with a curvature scale space strategy to extract contour curved segments in an edge image. Implementing a feature point detection strategy based on global and local curvature detecting feature points in the contour curved segments, and obtaining the nearest minimum local curvature of the feature points pointing to starting and end points of the contour, respectively. Calculating the number of neighborhood sampling points and neighborhood auxiliary feature points of neighborhoods on both edges of each of the feature points according to the nearest minimum local curvature. Using neighborhood auxiliary feature points and feature points to form a feature triangle, calculating an angle bisector vector and a main direction corresponding to the feature point in the feature triangle.
