A floating gate disposed within the body can comprise metal at a top surface of the intermediate layer. The passivation layer can be etched over the floating gate, and the floating gate can be electrically coupled to the gate terminal of the primary terminals.     Abstract: A novel type of water-soluble isatin derivatives, and manufacturing method and application thereof. An isatin derivative comprising a phenolic hydroxy group is used as the substrates. A dimethylaminomethylene group is introduced to an ortho position of the phenolic hydroxy group to significantly improve the water solubility of a class of compounds provided by the invention. An antitumor activity study showed that the activity of the class of compounds was not reduced, and even improved. The class of compounds has great prospects for applications in developing an antitumor pharmaceutical product.

The methods involve the bond exchange reaction of exchangeable covalent bonds in the polymer matrix with a suitable small molecule solvent in the presence of a catalyst. In some aspects, the methods are applied to a carbon fiber reinforced polymer or a thermoset polymer where the thermoset polymer matrix includes a plurality of ester bonds. Using a small molecule alcohol, the methods provide for recycling one or both of the carbon fiber and the polymer, for welding two surfaces, or for repairing a damaged surface in the materials.

    Abstract: Branch prediction techniques are described that can improve the performance of pipelined microprocessors. A microprocessor with a hierarchical branch prediction structure is presented. The hierarchy of branch predictors includes: a multi-cycle predictor that provides very accurate branch predictions, but with a latency of multiple cycles; a small and simple branch predictor that can provide branch predictions for a sub-set of instructions with zero-cycle latency; and a fast, intermediate level branch predictor that provides relatively accurate branch prediction, while still having a low, but non-zero instruction prediction latency of only one cycle, for example. To improve operation, the higher accuracy, higher latency branch direction predictor and the fast, lower latency branch direction predictor can share a common target predictor.

    Abstract: Methods for anisotropically etching a tungsten-containing material (such as doped or undoped tungsten metal) include cyclic treatment of tungsten surface with Cl2 plasma and with oxygen-containing radicals. Treatment with chlorine plasma is performed while the substrate is electrically biased resulting in predominant etching of horizontal surfaces on the substrate. Treatment with oxygen-containing radicals passivates the surface of the substrate to etching, and protects the vertical surfaces of the substrate, such as sidewalls of recessed features, from etching. Treatment with Cl2 plasma and with oxygen-containing radicals can be repeated in order to remove a desired amount of material. Anisotropic etching can be performed selectively in a presence of dielectric materials such as silicon oxide, silicon nitride, and silicon oxynitride.

A confidence level indicating whether the business in the reference image is in the comparison image may then be determined using the text similarity score and the feature similarity score. According to the confidence level, the business information of the business may be updated.
