The ink composition includes approximately 10%-75% of a soft monomer, approximately 10%-75% of a hard monomer, approximately 5%-20% of a cross-linking agent, approximately 5%-20% of a non-reactive soft resin, approximately 0.5%-10% of a photo-initiator, approximately 0%-0.5% of a colorant, and approximately 0.05%-8% of an auxiliary agent. The soft monomer is capable of generating a homopolymer with a glass transition temperature lower than about 25° C. The hard monomer is capable of generating a homopolymer with a glass transition temperature of about 25° C. or higher. The adhesive application mechanism and the winding mechanism jointly define a first path, where the first path is used to guide the adhesive strip to move forward. The adhesive application mechanism includes an adhesive application member disposed on a side of the first path, where the adhesive application member is configured to applies pressure from a side of the first path to the double-sided adhesive, so as to attach the adhesive strip on an object surface. The strip on each path is rewound around one of the shafts. Two adjacent shafts do not take up strips simultaneously. The drum is configured to rotate around an axis of the drum. The drum is configured to switch each of the strips on different paths from one shaft onto another shaft after the drum rotates by a predetermined angle.

    Abstract: A three-dimensional object molding method and molding device, where the method includes the following steps: forming a powder particle layer, wherein the powder particle layer at least contains thermosetting powder particles capable of undergoing thermal polymerization; spraying a photocurable material onto the powder particle layer according to layer printing data, such that the photocurable material covers at least part of the powder particle layer and permeates into this layer; curing the photocurable material to form a slice layer; repeating the steps to obtain a plurality of slice layers, and stacking the plurality of slice layers layer-by-layer to form a three-dimensional object green body; and heating the green body to thermally polymerize the thermosetting powder particles so as to obtain the three-dimensional object. The method provided in the present application enables the obtained three-dimensional object to have very good mechanical properties and a high molding accuracy.
