The manufacturing method includes: providing a base; forming a bottom electrode layer on the base, wherein a crystal structure of the bottom electrode layer includes a tetragonal crystal system; forming a first dielectric layer on a surface of the bottom electrode layer by using the bottom electrode layer as a seed layer, wherein a crystal structure of the first dielectric layer includes a tetragonal crystal system; and forming a first current blocking layer on a surface of the first dielectric layer.

Abstract: The present invention provides an auxiliary pre-charging device for a power converter. The power converter includes at least one power unit with an input end being connected to a medium and high voltage AC power source, and an output end being connected to a low voltage DC bus, wherein the auxiliary pre-charging device includes a switch, a transformer, a pre-charging resistor, and a rectifier sequentially connected in series, one end of the switch is connected to the medium and high voltage AC power source, and an output end of the rectifier is connected to the low voltage DC bus. The present invention also provides a pre-charging method for a power converter, which uses the aforementioned auxiliary pre-charging device to start pre-charging at the low-voltage output end of the power converter.

Abstract: A battery pack, detachably connected to an external device for charging or discharging, includes a battery set, a control module, a first signal terminal, and a second signal terminal. The first signal terminal and the second signal terminal are connected to the control module and the external device, the control module detects at least one operating parameter of the battery set, and generates a state parameter related to the operating parameter according to the operating parameter, the control module send the state parameter to the outside by using the first signal terminal, and the control module sends that state parameter to the outside by using the second signal terminal. The battery pack transmits data to the outside by using two communication channels, to doubly ensure communication, thereby preventing any abnormal communication channel from causing damage to the use of the battery pack, and improving the use security.

The method includes generating respective tags for data segments in a dataset, deriving respective temporal keys associated with the respective tags for the plurality of data segments from a master key, and transforming the plurality of data segments from a plaintext to a ciphertext using the respective temporal keys as a first input and the respective tags as a second input, while format-preserving the data segments. The master key can be updated to prevent from reverse-transforming a selected data segment in the dataset from the ciphertext to the plaintext.

The method comprises determining a first basic service set (BSS) color of a BSS for communications between the first AP and a client device. In this case, the second BSS color is different from the first BSS color. The method further comprises detecting that the first BSS color is used by a neighboring BSS. Lastly, the method further comprises changing the first color of the BSS to a third color for communications between the first AP and the client device. A method comprises obtaining a multicast frame in a wireless local area network (WLAN), where the WLAN includes a plurality of sub-networks with a same service set identifier (SSID). Then, a target sub-network of the plurality of sub-networks for receiving the multicast frame is determined based on the multicast frame and a unique group temporal key (GTK) for the target sub-network is obtained based on the target sub-network. Next, the multicast frame is encrypted using the obtained unique GTK for the target sub-network, and the encrypted multicast frame is transmitted to one or more client devices in the target sub-network. Implementations of the present disclosure can help the AP to reduce leakage of multicast frames to all client device by using the GTK corresponding the target sub-network.
