    Abstract: An air guide component includes an air guide assembly including an air guide plate assembly and a connector. The air guide plate assembly includes an outer air guide plate including an anti-disengagement structure and an inner air guide plate including a mounting structure having an avoidance port. The connector is disposed at the inner air guide plate and configured to be connected to an air guide drive mechanism. A part of the connector passes through the avoidance port. The connector, when at a first position, is connected to the air guide drive mechanism and is mounted and positioned through the mounting structure, and, when at a second position, is separated from the air guide drive mechanism and is limited by the mounting structure and the anti-disengagement structure.

A power grid operation mode model at the target historical moment is acquired, and the power grid operation mode model is updated according to the maintenance plan and open loop point information by using a full wiring approach to obtain a future-state power grid operation mode model. Ground state power flow data of the power grid are calculated based on the operation mode model, and safety check is carried out according to a preset ground state power flow limit.

The recombinant strain of the present invention realizes the de novo synthesis of shikimic acid using glucose as a substrate, with a low cost. After fermentation with the strain in a 7.5 L fermentor, the highest production of shikimic acid is 88.1 g/L, the yield is 0.33 g/g, and the production intensity of shikimic acid is 1.1 g/L/h.
