    Abstract: Methods and devices for IQ time skew and conjugation compensation and calibration of a coherent transmitter or transceiver are described. A pilot tone is combined with a digital data signal such that relative powers of the pilot tone in each of two frequency bands of the transmitted data signal may be detected by a pilot tone detector and used to calculate the time skew between I and Q modulation channels of the transmitter. A transmitter DSP applies IQ time skew bias to the data signal to compensate for any calculated IQ time skew. The pilot tone detector also provides the transmitter DSP with the information necessary to detect phase conjugation of the optical signal, which can be corrected by inverting the polarity of the data signal or changing the phase bias point of the optical modulator.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a trailer braking control method and system based on an electric brake controller. A lateral displacement and speed of a vehicle are acquired first; whether the vehicle has Death Wobble and a degree of the Death Wobble are then determined according to the lateral displacement; if there is Death Wobble, a driving state of the vehicle is determined according to the speed; and finally, a set voltage is added based on a set output voltage according to the degree of the Death Wobble and the driving state, so as to brake the vehicle. The present disclosure avoids setting of a weight ratio in the prior art to prevent the phenomenon of Death Wobble, and can identify and prevent the phenomenon of Death Wobble of a trailer, thereby avoiding an overturning accident and ensuring the personal safety and the integrity of a vehicle.

    Abstract: A primary heating band is applied to a weld to control a microstructure and hardness of the weld and uniformity of the structure to realize micro-control of the residual stress; an auxiliary heating band is applied a certain distance away from the weld to generate compressive stress on an inner surface of the weld to realize macro-control of the compressive stress. Reinforcement with a rib plate is eliminated, and a labor intensity and a construction period are reduced. The method reduces deformation near the weld and transfers the largest deformation to a non-weld zone; by applying the auxiliary heating and strictly controlling a time interval between primary heating and auxiliary heating, the structure is improved and the welding residual stress is controlled at the same time; a local heat treatment effect is optimized, and a small tensile stress or compressive stress is generated on the inner surface of the weld.
