    Abstract: A high-pressure composite container is provided. At least a plastic-liner is provided with a plastic shell and a metal end encapsulated by the plastic shell. The plastic-liner of the sealing structure only consists of the plastic shell and the metal end, and the sealing structure is simple. The metal end and a bottle mouth valve jointly compress a sealing ring on the bottle mouth valve, so that the sealing ring forms a stable compression amount, and finally the high-pressure gas cylinder has excellent sealing performance. In addition, the metal end and the plastic shell are well positioned both axially and circumferentially. In the case of high and low pressure and temperature alternation, the relative positions of the metal end and the plastic shell do not change, and a sealing surface of the plastic shell does not deform and dislocate.

The rigid unit comprises a human chorionic gonadotropin ?-subunit carboxy-terminal peptide (CTP) bearing a plurality of glycosylation sites. The linker peptide can more effectively eliminate mutual steric hindrance of two fusion molecules, decreasing a reduction/loss of polymerization or activity resulting from improper folding of an active protein or a conformational change. On the other hand, the negatively charged, highly sialylated CTP can resist renal clearance, further prolonging a half-life of a fused molecule and enhancing bioavailability of a fused protein.

The phosgene-containing stream is subjected to preheating and warming before being fed into the reaction region, and the phosgene-containing stream comprises a substance A at a mass fraction of <1% before being subjected to the preheating and warming up. Substance A is a NCO group-containing substance and/or an olefinic double bond-containing substance. The method reduces the formation of clogging matter in a heat exchanger and a vessel during the preheating and warming of the phosgene and during the reaction process.

A heartbeat rhythm signal preprocessing module obtains heartbeat interval sequence data by calculating the time interval of two adjacent heartbeats. During sample labeling, a positive sample is from heartbeat interval data during the sinus heart rate period of a case with high AF risk, and a negative sample is from heartbeat interval data of a case with low AF risk; and an atrial fibrillation risk prediction model is trained with positive and negative samples and is used to test heartbeat interval data, an AF risk curve between the proportion of positive samples and output probability thresholds is obtained according to the output probabilities of testing samples, the area under the AF risk curve is calculated as the atrial fibrillation risk value, and the value can reflect the atrial fibrillation risk.
